Major upgrade:

  • Issues replace backlog.md as primary tracking
  • Wiki for documentation (architecture, guides, research)
  • Milestones + Labels for structure and filtering
  • JACK_IN/JACK_OUT updated with Issues & Wiki steps
  • CLI guide for Operators (git commands, commit conventions)
  • API guide for Agents (curl examples for Issues, Labels, Milestones)
  • Session protocol references Issues instead of task-groups
  • SOT table: where things live in v4
  • Project Boards (Web-UI only, API not yet available)
  • Language toggle: EN (README.md) / DE (README.de.md)
